Regular Participant fee includes publication of the paper in the conference proceedings (ISBN 978-607-02-0840-9), access to all sessions, lectures and meetings, coffee-break, welcome cocktail and closing reception.
There is a special fee for students including participation, publication of the paper in the conference proceedings (ISBN 978-607-02-0840-9), access to all sessions, lectures and meetings, coffee-break and welcome cocktail (please note that the closing reception is not included in the special fee. Closing reception tickets have an additional cost of 50 dollars each).
A special fee is also offered to attendees or accompanying people, it includes access to all sessions, lectures and meetings, coffee-break, welcome cocktail and cultural activities. This fee does not include the presentation or publication of papers in the conference proceedings or the closing reception. Closing reception tickets have an additional cost of 50 dollars each.
Congress Proceedings will be available online for registered authors only two weeks after the end of the congress.

For student registration, scanned proof of student status (student ID card with valid semester marking, current class schedule, etc.) must be sent via the online registration system. The original of this proof will be requested at the moment of registration.
Payment of conference registration fee can be made through the conference website.
A receipt is provided for each registered participant. If an invoice for tax purposes including VAT is required, please note that a sixteen percent (16%) tax charge will be added.
In all cases, the following information will be requested for issuing
invoices:
